What is a Match Club?
Bowling Match Clubs are comprised of social bowlers who compete in tournament-style bowling competitions at both their own home alley and away at other Match Clubs' home lanes. Competitive matches are bowled by four to five mixed-member teams against other clubs on a home and away basis, with the losing club paying for the lineage from their treasury.
When do you bowl?
We schedule about 25 matches a year, both at home and away, so you make the decision on how often you bowl. There are certain requirements that you must abide by (see our Constitution and Bylaws) and the most important one is to attend those matches that you sign up for! It is also required that members attend the annual meeting generally held in August of each year.
What is the cost?
Initially, the cost of your bowling shirt and one month's dues. Dues are currently $10.00 per month and the shirt is approximately $60.00 (shirt + printing). See the bylaws for possible fines based on match performance. (Maximum Fine per bowler $6.50 per match)
Where do we bowl?
Half the time we bowl at home (West Valley Bowl in Tracy) against our visiting teams. The other half we travel to their house. We Bowl in Northern California and occasionally in Nevada at locations like Citrus Heights, Modesto, Stockton, Rohnert Park, Pinole, Livermore, Reno and more.

What Happens Next?
Once we receive your application. The club will vote on you becoming a member. Once you're a member, you start paying monthly dues, and sign up for available matches. (as outlined in the Match Club By-Laws). We'll order you up your own personalized shirt and we'll have a blast bowling!
